At the beginning of the process there is a spell of Persian poets and philosopher Rumi: «The wound is the place where the light enters you.» I also wrote the quote on the back.
We all experience suffering, loss, grief, etc. For me, this is always an opportunity for reflection. Although the moment is often underwhelmingly difficult, it holds the possibility of growing.
